Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Senior Positions: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant guest relations or front office experience within a hotel, resort, or international hospitality brand.
  • Junior Positions: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional hospitality qualification.

• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Opera PMS, office administration tools, or standard hotel software (where applicable).
