Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Senior Positions: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, or international hospitality brand.
  • Junior Positions: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Education: Relevant certificate, diploma, degree, or professional hospitality qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel systems (where applicable).
• Core Qualities: Uncompromising commitment to cleanliness, guest satisfaction, integrity, ability to deliver under pressure, and immediate availability (candidates ready to start immediately will be given priority).
